Rabieng’s cozy, rustic charm was purposefully designed to evoke a down home feel reflecting the simple lifestyle of country folk. Rabieng proudly features local Thai favorites from its Northeastern region, known as "Esan". The cuisine here is comparable to Cajun cooking of Louisianna. Like its Cajun counterpart, Esan cooking tends to have a spicy kick and grilling is a specialty. Traditionally, many Esan dishes tend to be finger food, making malleable sticky rice the accompaniment of choice. Needless to say, Esan food is simply “finger licking good”!
